Some minor details

Sunday....Charles finished closing up the holes by the door and from the outside it's ready for stucco. The inside needs a bit more work before he can sheetrock it. And, since this made an extra door to the back of the house, we could close up the one in what will be Charlie's room. I finished sanding up all the trim and doors, etc around the house that was painted w/ oil based paint b/c when the guy comes to prime the walls and stuff in the house, everything that wasn't sanded that was painted w/ oil based paint, won't hold the newer water based paints. So I had to go all around and sand stuff down. Yuck, more dust in my lungs. Sometimes I don't think those mask things are doing any good. Well, I didn't realize how MANY surfaces we had w/ the oil based paint. But it's 95% done now and all I have to do is take off door knobs, hardware, air conditioning grates, etc, that I don't want a coat of primer going on. He'll be here Wednesday and then the NEXT week, he is going to be kind enough to round up enough people to help me get all the rooms painted! OHHHHH I can't wait!
