It didn't happen b/c of some Termite clearance form required that didn't get turned in w/ the original termite paperwork. Also, the sellers son, who is handling everything, is out of town AGAIN and they have to wait on him to get some of the new papers signed that shows that he is giving us a $2500 credit on the sale of the house b/c of the repairs that need to be done before we buy it. Our Realtor says he doubts that the sellers son will get that stuff back by this week, so it may be Monday or Tuesday of next week before we close. I honestly don't think I can take much more of this! Its NEVER the date that's originally set, with ANYTHING. It would be nice if just one thing or two would happen on time. Especially the all elusive CLOSING that we've been chasing for 5 months
